As we were planning our iteration, we found that each member in the team has his/her own schedule of time off. Our customer needs to see reports that show team progress and whether we are meeting our potential. We wanted to show customer how that the team is fully utilized, but lately, the capacity started varying each iteration because of PTO, religious holidays, etc.
There is no straightforward way to actually plug in the days-off like Microsoft Project. However, you may define each member's capacity at the beginning of each iteration.
Simply go to Iteration Planning -> Iteration Capacity and enter, in hours, the capacity of each member in each iteration
